Parenting Consultations

Have you been feeling worried about your child? Have you been frustrated and confused on how to parent? Are you a first time parent on not sure what is typical or are looking for guidance on parenting strategies and tools? I can help! I can provide parenting consultations in the office, in the child’s home, in the community or via video, telephone, email or text. Once you are an established client, I am easily able to help support you in whatever way is easiest to you. 

I use a variety of evidenced-based methods to help children and families reduce their conflict and increase understanding of each other. 

Together we will help your child learn how to calm their body when upset, seek help from caring adults, name and express difficult feelings, and engage in problem solving to cope with challenges.  I can help you develop effective limit setting skills and respectful discipline that is developmentally appropriate and supportive of your child's specific needs and personal family values.  

I am a mother of two young children myself and know how difficult it can be. Believe me! When working with me, you will not feel judged, you will receive support and empathy. Parenting is a hard journey but with education and tools, it's less stressful and more fun!

Rates: 

Initial appointment/Intake: $175

45-50 minute appointment: $150

50-60 minute appointment: $200

*If I am asked to travel, I apply my regular rate.
